Some of the head injuries look pretty bad [like the one where the guy had a massive pile of blood pouring out of the back of his head]...or any one where the start convulsing.
But, the one where he hit his stomach on the end of the pole and tore open his intestines actually made me cringe...ugh.
None of them usually get to me, but that one was pretty nasty.
The worst would have to be when they go right to a snoring state.

You can never really start from the start.
I saw one where a kid in San Diego was doing a skate trick, landed, and shattered the bones in his ankle... blood was pooling out of his shoe and it creeped me out so bad. It wasn't even that gory, but the blood coming out of the shoe was sick to me.
