Should have left out the political commentary

Everyone and their brother knows that whales and dolphins shouldn't be killed. But was it necessary for a stoned-out Darryl Hannah to remind the audience over 15 times that they are endangered and that "people" are wiping them out??

The US stopped hunting whales YEARS ago...and as to what "action" Ms. Hannah would take towards the countries that are still hunting them, such as Japan and Norway? Well, nothing...they just want you to feel GUILTY about it.

I completely agree, only watched this yesterday and fell asleep half way through. daryl hannah's narration was uninspiring and boring.

why were we made to feel guilty when the majority of us don't hunt whales or dolphins?

Wow, are you people really that dense? It's not just whaling that's putting whales in danger. It's pollution, over-fishing, destruction of their habitats, global warming, etc. You can't sit there and say that the US or any other country doesn't participate in at least one of those above reasons.

Yeah, you and your country should feel guilty because it's peoples' indifference that have brought us to this situation. If the movie makes you feel guilty, it might actually be a step towards helping save them.
