With that said, there's a shortage of decent yuri out there. Strawberry Panic is at the very least a decent series.

Not a great series but a good one. But I agree Maria-sama ga Miteru is better.

shareI wouldn't buy the DVD if I were you. Since you can watch the whole thing on veoh and simply download the episode from it.
I also think that it really lack of Yuri fans here... I like Yuri animes. They're awesome. Haven't watched what you called Maria something something Miteru yet, cause the setting is too close to Strawberry Panic since I watched it first.
By the way, I'm from Hong Kong. Seriously.
IMHO, Strawberry Panic is DEFINITELY the BEST yuri-based anime ever made. I've see the 26 episodes and was simply blown away! 10/10!!!!

Yes it's licensed by Media Blasters (English sub) and the 2nd DVD (episodes 7-11) just got released as of May 30th, 2008. There's a link to the 1st DVD (episodes 1-6)

i really liked the series, and at barnes & nobels i think u can buy the DVD online. and veoh.com was much easier to watch it on then youtube. they had the beginning with english dubs but then they switched to spanish and me not knowing espagnol found this really really annoying.
