Story development
I am on episode 14 and there hasn't really been any development. Does this develop late like in Trigun? Please no spoilers

Well, it does not evolve at all, IMHO. There is something resembling action in the last two episodes, but that about it. They try to make it look as if there was some deeper story behind the whole thing, but there really doesnt seem to be. And it should not take so many eps to deliver the final.
