Availability in the UK?

No idea. The R1 DVD's haven't been released yet, so the UK's probably are not out as well.

The first three are streaming on the funimation site, completethecontract.com

Yeah you can buy the first series on DVD (I think the whole series is boxed as well as different ones) No idea about OVA and series 2
