Pele's good but not Ronaldinho good

Everyone knows Ronaldinho = Greatest of all Time

People can name 100 players here, claiming that they were better than Pele. It's not just about his skills that makes him a legend. It's his revolution to the game that convinces the sports analysts to declare him 'Player of the Century'.

LOL. Don't make me laugh. Ronaldinho was great when he was in top form but that lasted like what, 2 years? Nothing against him but you can't compare him with players who have been consistently great for over a much, much longer time like Pele, Messi, and even Maradona.

How many World Cups has Ronaldinho won? Pele was in 3.

Ronaldhino was good in doing tricks. Like how you can teach dogs doing tricks and say "how smart". By far not good enough of a player to be even mentioned in the same league as Pele, Maradona, Cruijff or Messi

reply

Nah. Ronaldinho was good at making highlights. He was a great player no doubt, but longevity wasn't on his side.

You can't persuade fanboys. You'd be better off trying to convince a wall. ~CodeNamePlasmaSnake~

Comparing Pele to Ronaldinho is like comparing Jimi Hendrix to Eddie Van Halen. You could easily argue that those who came after were more skilled, but in terms of influence and timeless impact people like Pele or Hendrix became legends because they were way ahead of everyone else during their time.
