I would STRONGLY advise not seeing the first movie until after you've seen this. I watched it without seeing the first flick and I think that really added to the chilling effect of the movie. There are some parts you might be a bit confused on as to the storyline's lore but it's not a big deal.

Just my two cents.

I say watch the first one, but first "the scottys blog spose" and then u will understand the movie, at least thats what happened to me. I watched REST STOP's special feautures and then i watch the movie and i understood the whole thing.
