Well, I really can't agree with you on the point of acting.
Being new to something isn't an excuse for being bad at it. When I judge an actor's capability, I base my opinion on him/her based on how good he/she acts, and not his/her background. Of course, you could say that Himesh is a singer, not an actor, so we shouldn't criticize him for something that isn't his forte. But thats exactly the same point I'm trying to make, in a different light. He's a singer, not an actor!!! He can sing (not well, but thats a different point), and he can't act. So he should stick to singing. Same goes for sonu nigam. Lucky Ali, on the other hand, is a decent actor, so we'll let him slide. But then again, its not totally Himesh's fault. I feel bad for the idiot casting director who thought it would be a good idea to make Himesh an actor.
And you should take acting classes before you do a movie, not after! Its like sending a new astronaut into space, and after he crashes everything, claim that its not his fault because he's new, and hasn't even trained before. I'm sure after taking a few more aerospace classes from NASA, he'll be all set!
And with his second film coming out, this craze has gone even further. Who filled Himesh's egotistical head with thoughts that he can act. I mean, he was just beginning to realize that he couldn't sing well, and that all his songs were based on the same template, with a different set of lyrics being repeated each time.
