A Very good Movie actually.

i actually enjoyed the entire movie except for the climax. the whole movie was made with a tongue in cheek kind of humour. it was never meant to be taken seriously. everything in the movie is larger than life. its like a movie based on a comic book . i thoroughly enjoyed the movie especially akshay Kumars role in the movie. its like a sin city or grindhouse made for bollywood except that bollywood didn't have exploitation cinema. all it had were manmohan desai movies. so i think this movie is kind of like an ode to the 70s style of cinema.

I would rate it an 8/10 .

Yeah. I thought it was very entertaining. I was laughing like crazy throughout most of the film. I agree...the ending wasn't wasn't strong enough for the movie. It was crack up though.

nope, that actually makes sense

if you know what grindhouse films are, this was a 100% TRUE gridnhouse flick, not the clever ones tarantino and rodriguez remakes, those KNOW that they are dumb...

this film thinks its very stylish! its not... its funny as hell...

the action is over the top and BAD!!!

grindouse at it best or worst

I enjoyed the movie too! Except for KAreena Kapoor probably, so irritating and bland I actually fast forwarded the entire chamia song, she looked so bad in that , anemic, ghostly ugh wouldng touch her with that proverbial barge pole. I dont know how people find her sexy honestly. Shahid you really deserve someone better!

But otherwise the movie was nto as bad as made out to be. Quite Tashan with Saif and Akshay. Not so with Kareena I am sorry to say. Deepika Padhukone would have just been right or Katrina! Ash too even though i hate her for ditching Salu the way she did. Enjoyed it though probably a bit too colourful and over the top.

okay film.. okay-ish.

I enjoyed the saif ali khan bits.. not AK ones. Kareena kapoor was not watchable at all.. climax was ... bearable.

this movie was pretty good.. like the plot was quite good but the direction i wud say was horrible..
like in race, the stuff was unbelievable but the direction was so good that it made sense in a strange way..
but in this movie it seemed more like it lacked sense and the director couldn't really string it together..
maybe if abbas-mustan tried directing tashan then it myt hv been a hit..
loved saif and AK.. hated kareena.. anil was okay.. overall.. okay movie.
