Reminded me of Amélie
The movie reminded me of Amélie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0211915/) with the semi-magic moments and twists, and - what gave me the initial idea - the scenes with jealous glimpses in the store involving her mother.
shareIt also reminded me strongly of Amélie. The music, the camera work, the themes and style... I am not sure if I actually liked the movie because of it... It looks a bit TOO MUCH like Amélie. It tried too hard. But it is indeed a good movie.
