my plain + simple interpretation of the movie

I like movie with lot of interpretations. And this is of my type.

NOW, For the interpretation, I don't have much time right now and also many interpretation has been given by others here. I will soon be ready with my own interpretation of the movie(after watching it again). But FOR NOW, here is simple things that everybody(with a mind) can understand. Well, it is for me- you can say it is meaning or moral or plain understanding of the whole movie.

1. Smoking is injurious to health
(among many physical&mental effects,-[i]infertility, male impotence/loss of sexual interest- shown in this movie, [ii]sleep disorder-"Acting out violent or dramatic dreams while in REM sleep" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapid_eye_movement_behavior_disorder - shown in the movie)

2.By smoking, you are destroying not only your health,body but also the health-body of those around you- your family members -your brother,sister,mother,wife, in public places those are near you -in lift, in road, bus train---- shown in the movie[while K(john) returns from the prayogsala,in the car he goes again to smoke, in front of his car, in a maruti800, a small girl asks him not to smoke. But He smokes, and in hospital he sees there that particular girl in the bed in seek/serious condition & Also K's brother in his suicide note, makes K(K's smoking) responsible for his suicide, hence death]

3. QUIT SMOKE.
But the problem doesn't end here. Take the responsibility, to make others quit smoking too. Because if u quit, but those around you smoke, your health is still at danger(refer my point no 2). By making others quit smoking, you will make a healthy atmosphere all around you to live peacefully healthily.[it is shown in the movie by that networking system- when one goes to prayogsala, he will have to send another smoker in order to get his finger back. Finger is a metaphor here for what i just said. By simply quitting smoke, u r still at risk,'cause your fingers[having no main 2 fingers is disability/sickness] are at prayogsala -means u r still in danger by being around of those who smokes. U can only get back your fingers back by sending another smoker to prayogsala thus by making him quit smoking. Like wise he will also send another to get back his fingers. As a result, No smokers will be there,and we will have a healthy environment to live.
