ITS NOIR ... do you agree ?

i have not seen any bolly movie in this genr and yes iam a big movie buff i have almost scene every movie from 1996 - 2012 , but have not come across , so weird but still make lot of sense movie . ill be calling it a NOIR film of bollywood . what do you think ??
