Vehicle impounding?
What does the vehicle impounding option on the Keys to the City thing do?
shareI assume it's one of the new achievements but it sure takes a long time, at least with level 4 strength you can pick up vehicles and carry or toss them as needed. Example: the flat transport car. I thought I'd find that in the big parking structure but instead it was on a rooftop of the final Volk boss. So I had to toss it to the middle platfrom, then onto the next platform, carry it across the pipe and finally jump/toss it to the rocks before (you guessed it) tossing it over the fence, onto the road and drove it back to base to impound it, whew! You can get 2 or 3 each from big bosses' garages but will need to drive it onto the regular street to trigger the impound notification.
