It's about education and the right to actually have a say in what medical treatment you receive.
I've read the argument here that duh, hospitals are businesses - and of course they are. But they don't have to be. Or, at any rate, they could be good businesses - if any other corporation did what hospitals do, they'd be run out of town.

I love how people like Hello_Knewman and the Jesus freak Trompos (who, consequently, has a mouth like a sailor) can only make fat jokes about Ricki Lake instead of addressing the very sound evidence that over-medicated births are harmful to babies.
