When Donnie says he's not gonna let some stranger f#ck her cousin...

"I'm not gonna let anyone f#ck my cousin, if anyone's gonna f#ck my cousin is gonna be me out of respect"

laughs, he says it in such a serious tone you can actually buy that he respects his cousin !

the brilliance of this scene is that it is also followed by him telling Jordan that if he'd had a retard kid, he would

"drive it up to the country, open the door and set him free"

hillarious scene !

Funniest scene for me was the Popeye scene. I was laughing like crazy when I first saw that scene.

That entire sequence when they took the Lemmons until he got arrested and taken out to reveal his car, that was all very funny.

i really liked the scene about how donnie and his cousin got together too, and the retarded babies. i don't really like jonah hill and have avoided his movies, i didn't realize he was in this. this scene completely changed my mind about him. i swear he was just improving the whole story the way leo was acting, like oh yeah? it didn't seem scripted it just seemed like they let him go with the story and i found it really funny.

the part with matthew m. was so funny too, playing bongos on his chest... like a throwback to the time he was high doing real bongos or some other scandal that happened years ago. cray cray.

The American Express Bill scene had me cracking up! Jonah Hill is so naturally sarcastic and funny that he could say something as simple as "Yeah, I ordered all of the sides and that's why the credit card bill is so high," with a straight face and serious tone. The way "mad Max" reacted just had me in stitches.

Have to watch the movie a second or third time, there were so many hilarious scenes. But the discussion over cousin marriages and retarded childs was my favourite ("go, run free").

I see many references about the "married my cousin out of respect".

What about:

Wake up you piece of s***!!! Who's Venice?
Who? Who?
Who, who, what are you, a fu**ing owl?

The way Leo said that first who put me to the floor. And then Margot comes in with the owl line. I couldn't breath.

That whole scene is so funny. And none of them even crack a smile. That makes it that much funnier.

The entire sequence and dialogue between Jordan and Mark Hannah in the restaurant at the beginning of the film. Absolute classic! Also, +1 to the lude scene at the Country Club. That is also gold. Oh yeah, when Jordan orders Donny to get the ludes during the storm on the boat, as he doesn't want to die 'sober'.. Crazy guy!
