Would've been better if they had the zombie outbreak happen during the heist

You know a team of professionals going in to Vegas to rob a Casino's underground vault, meanwhile a zombie outbreak is occurring and they gotta think on the fly and deal with it. Then we'd have the chaos in the streets of everyone dying, ya know like all the crazy shit we saw in the opening montage. Cause when i was watching it i was thinking that montage is the movie i wanna see.

Cause that kinda pissed me off, a bunch of the awesome shots in the trailer was just shots from the opening montage, and all that chaos in the city we saw wasn't really in the movie.

Just the whole place already being taken over before they went in and the place looking like some desolate ruins of a zombie kingdom just didn't do it for me. Plus it left open a bunch of questions like why not just nuke the whole place immediately? why sit around waiting, why are there tents and camps set up around outside of the city?

I CAN SEE WHY THEY WENT THE WAY THEY WENT...BUT YOUR IDEA IS GOOD...I WOULD DEFINITELY WATCH THAT MOVIE.

Doing it like Dusk Till Dawn definitely would have been cool.

Yeah thats what i was thinking, where they was like criminals on the run and during their journey shit turns into a horror movie. Should've played this is as a straight up action heist film for the first half, then turned it into a zombie horror movie after the first half.

Haven't seen it yet. But isn't the reason they went in is that the zombies forced Vegas to be abandoned and all the cash was left behind unguarded?

The movie idea you pitched would have been 1000 times better than what we got.

If the daughter was working at a hospital where the one woman and her kids were located, and they were trying to get out, it would make sense why she would be there, and maybe the bus crashes and she incidentally meets up with Bautista and his team as they're trying to escape. THAT would have made a lot more sense.

Unfortunately a movie with so much potential was wasted on crap.

Tents and camps as a buffer zone for survivors that are quarantined.
