Zombie Tiger plot hole that no one has brought up yet

I know there are so many other dumb things in this movie that it's understandable people missed this. But how was the zombie tiger made? The alpha zombie would have had to bite it, but can you imagine one of these zombies going up against a tiger? They would get torn to pieces in seconds. There is no way that human teeth would be able to bite through tiger fur anyway. It makes no sense.

Out of the many many problems with this movie, that's actually NOT one to me

The alpha was basically Captain America. I could easily see him biting the tiger and getting away. Maybe he leaps onto its back, chomps, gets thrown off and leaps away like spider-man

Worse yet is that no one killed the darn thing whenever they had a chance. The big question... WHY?!?!

Maybe the tiger ate a zombie and caught the virus that way. People don’t usually bite zombies, but maybe they would turn into zombies if they did, I guess all you need is for the virus to enter your bloodstream.

There were lots of bits, including a huge one. Chances are the whole group of alphas hunted it down and swarmed it.

You're right basically it was lost in the long list of nonsense about this movie.
