Elisabeth and Sylvia

I spent the whole movie thinking that Elisabeth was played by Chiara Mastroianni and thinking, WOW she looks like her mom. Then I see the credits where she actually played Sylvia. Oops.

I liked this film. I expected not to, given that it was Altmanesque and I don't like his cinematic style, but I did like this film. I thought much of it was true to the way family relationships are, well, if so and so is here then I'm not, and that sort of thing. I was a bit taken aback by Junon's laid-back response to her disease, but I know some people like that, and that is how they would respond. It wouldn't be mine, but....

Am I anywhere near the imaginary cliff?
