Still Looking for this movie on DVD

Kind of thought with Jesse Hutch getting more play these days that this title would be easy to find. It's listed on Amazon United Kingdom, but out of stock. And Lifetime has pulled this title's page from their site which doesn't bode well for a release.

I'm out of places to look. Anyone have any ideas? 

And now I'm not - Amazon has it with Lifetime subscription if you're a Prime. Think I'll try it for the free 7 days just to see this one.
