Lip Balm

I think that might have been a mock up. There is no brand name on the tube. It says "shiboritate kajitsu flavor lip" which is like a Mentholatum brand you could do a search for: "Mogitate Kajitsu Fruit Flavor Lip Balm." It seems to come in 5 flavors, one of which is lemon lime. This could have been the inspiration for the product seen in the movie. It's a popular lip balm in Japan.

The label on the tube in the movie does stick out a bit from the turn screw, unlike other tubes of lip balm I have...

If not on line you might find that lemon-lime lip balm at a Japanese market such as Mitsuwa or Nijiya.
