A few comments:
1 ) Hal should be number one. He predates all the others. And he is a cold hearted mother *beep*.
2 ) The Replicants should be ranked much much higher ( probably second ) after all, they were the inspiration for the humanoid Cylons.
3 ) The Screamers ( who weren't seen for decades, and then evolved to humanoid form ) also inspired the Cylons, and therefore deserve to be ranked ahead of them.
4 ) Terminators kick ass, and could kill everything else on this list without even breaking a sweat ( grease? )
5 ) I, Robot was retarded.
