Who played the Interviewer?

Throughout the movie C-Dub is interviewed by a local tv station, the interviewer I believe was named Jon Howard, but I can't find him in the credits (am I going blind?).

I thought it looked like Rob Reiner, don't know why as it has been ages since I saw Spinal Tap.

I think he looked like Ron Howard. Maybe it was him.
