Songs in the movie

Does anyone has a list of songs in this movie? I know there is no soundtrack to it, but are those BT'N'H songs are from their new album "Strength & Loyalty" or can I get them somewhere else?

reply

I know there not on da new album but the songs r fire. I'm still tryna find them myself.

They just came out with a new cd this week called "T.H.U.G.S". I assume that its the soundtrack to this movie.

I don't think so. The THUGS album was released on Ruthless, I think they were basically scraping something together to get some money now that Bone isn't on the label anymore. So I am guessing that it isn't the soundtrack based on that.

Man, I liked some of the music too. I died when I found out there was no soundtrack. The damn music was the best thing in the friggin movie.

I only found one of the songs, the one playing during a police chase. Layzie Bone - Po Po, off the album Cleveland.

I am still surprised there isn't a soundtrack. Finding one song on a scattered CD kind of sucks. It's like the rest of them fell in some vortex never to be mastered again.

Yeah I know, it sucks. But I'm sure there are more songs somewhere, I'm gonna go through all the songs in the movie again and see if I can find anything.

reply

Great. Let us know if you find anything. And thanks for at least shedding light on the one song. That helps.

One of the songs is called Bone Thug Boyz. They performed it live. It was supposed to be on Strength & Loyalty, but never made the final print. I have the leaked version, though.

I did some googling and I found this list of songs that are supposedly in the film.

Btnh - Bone Thug Boyz (strength & loyalty CUT )
Layzie Bone - Po-po (Cleavland)
Krayzie Bone - What Have I Become ( Trouble ) ( Strength & Loyalty Cut )
Btnh - Dead and Gone ( Strength & Loyalty Cut)
Krayzie Bone - Live My Life ( Strength & Loyalty Cut)

I know ima get bitched at but yea it sucks that bone and bizzy split. But Bizzy wanted to leave it was his decision.

Heres a video w Bizzys current position on Bone Thugs:

Personally i think Bizzy was the most talented of the group along with Krayzie.

Another thing: i think rap has gotten soft these days, not necessarily because its less gangsta lyrically but the music is lamer its lacking that gangsta style. The 90's was an amazing time for hip hop and rap: Bone Thugs, Wu Tang, The Roots, Tupac, Biggie Smalls, A Tribe Called Quest, Dre/Snoop etc.

All this 50 cent, TI and Lil Jon stuff is dirt compared to what was out 10-15 years ago.
