confused too

i dont get it. i thought sohails sister was dead. the body at the morgue was identified by sohail himself claiming it was his sister. then whose the girl at the end of part 1 the one sohail stops and says dont do it. i probarly will have the answer in part 2 but i wont see it till a couple of weeks time.
