Does Anyone Know How to See This?
Does anyone know of any sites that sell the DVD, or perhaps a site that has the stream? I really want to see it, but can't find it anywhere.

Watching it right now.
share@xcc1224: I don't believe it's available on DVD, but it is playing on the Sundance Channel (on demand, free), for the next few weeks. (I watched it on Time Warner Cable in Los Angeles. I hope you can get it where you are located.)
shareToo bad. I have Comast and on demand options, but I haven't found it anywhere in the Sundance section or anywhere else. I'll keep an eye out.
shareI have comcast and watched it yesterday. xcc1224 - click On Demand and on the first screen click on FREE MOVIES - and you'll find it there. It's not shown on the Sundance Channel On Demand.
It's really very good and the 2011 version follows it pretty closely with a few exceptions.
I'm a Balehead forever!!!share
Yes, I happened to see this in the free on demand section on cable. Amazing some of the free movies you get, isn't it? Maybe just trying to promote the remake??? I did not realize the remake was in theatres now. Looks to be also good. This version is excellent.
Of course, the usual. If you don't like subtitles, don't bother with it. But you'll miss a good movie.
Available from Amazon.co.uk Region 2 or as an import on
Amazon.com in the US.Good to watch before remake gets out.
Always Region 2 availability it seems.
Will be shown in New York City on Tuesday September 20th at the JCC Manhattan. If you're not in New York I would look for a website for the film -- it may have a link to places (such as film clubs and other non-mainstream venues) where it will be shown.
shareAmazon.com says this version is suppose to be released Feb 14. I read that the Sundance channel has played it but I haven't seen it on the schedule.
shareThat's right, a Region 1 version will be released by Amazon in February!! Boo-yah. It was on Comcast for free, but is gone now, so it must have been on Sundance some time ago.
shareAnyone mind posting a link to the Amazon region 1 DVD release others have commented on? It doesn't come up from searches on the site.
shareIt has JUST come out on DVD in the US (Feb. 2012).
