I notice that this was released in the UK, but how does one go about obtaining a copy here in the USA. Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

It was on television. No doubt it will find its way to the USA. It must have been on the BBC because I only watch the BBC because I cannot be bothered with adverts. Why don't you try enquiring of them. I thought it was good.
