Wasn't this covered already?

Last days was a fictional account based on the last days of Kurt Cobain, thus the names of the characters and such. It, sorta like the movie "Two of Us" about the last time John Lennon and Paul McCartney saw eachother in person, was in no means trying to document the occasion but rather capture the essence of a point in time.

I love Van Sant, but I hated "Last Days." It was marketed incorrectly.
