What did Shion say in the end? (SPOILERS)

When the movie is ending she says something like "...And my power has to pass to a new priest. What you say Naruto, Will you help me?" And everyone gets really surprised and shocked, then Naruto say "Of Course, whenever you want!", after that the movie ends.
Maybe the subtitles werent really clear (saw it with spanish subtitles, I dont speak Japanese), but it sounds like she is asking him to have a baby with her... wtf? Its correct what i think, or there is another explanation, maybe something that was lost in the translation, can anyone help me with this?
