Just awful in every way

Forget about how desperate some of the fake posts are and that the "director" says he didn't know about it (I have to say that if you hate that kind of marketing and put a stop to it why have you not had your well intentioned person delete his/her post?)

The simple way to put it is that this is so awful that I was offended and is a perfect example of why the movie business is better off sticking with the silly remakes and superhero movies. The true indie film business is dead.

The production value alone should be enough to wanna make this "director" quit life, and his he obviously has never taken a film class because his direction was atrocious. The audio was horrible, camera work laughable and the poor actors either had no direction or terrible direction. The dialog was weak and the script is something a college freshman would write and find "cool"

Really awful.

You sound pretty disgruntled. I assume you were maybe a part of this or know these people because when you register at IMDB just so you can make this post that pretty much throws your credibility out the window. Congratulations, I will definitely be watching this now. I might even tell all my friends about it.

I wouldn't judge too soon, although OhWowSoBad may of been a bit strong in his criticism towards the director.

The criticism at the film, is correct. I agree the music chosen was bad judgement, the camera work was poor, and the dialogue was unrealistic and came across forced by the actors.

Unfortunately for every good indie film gem out there, there are 20 bad ones. This was not a good one.

never trust anyone with a post count of "1"

In fact when I see that I pretty much beleive the reverse of whatever they've said.

It almost makes out that theres some one out there trying to personally ruin this film for their own nefarious reasons.

People can question the motivation of the original poster but this was in fact an awful movie.

OK, maybe not awful, but there was something seriously off-kilter about this entire movie. The clipped dialogue, the stiff delivery of the actors, and worst of all the persistent grinning and smiling of some of the characters. (You know an actor is getting on your nerves when you have to stop the movie to see if he had ever acted before - and sure enough when I looked up Dan Forsythe's IMDB page there was that same scary grin.)

Someone suggested this might be a "church movie", perhaps made by people interested in providing nice wholesome movies. Nothing wrong with that, but it seemed like every turn and word and mannerism was watched so closely that the actors could hardly breathe. Many of them looked like they were in Stepford.

Production values were OK and not a distraction.

Very nearly awful in every way. So many problems one hard knows where to begin. The lighting was awful. But before we get to how awful this film was technically, let's just start with the concept itself. The problem I see, which I find in many projects of this type, is it takes itself way too seriously. Casting Chamblee Ferguson, who resembles a cross between eckabod crane and a monte python cast off, would have made sense were the writer/director/producer of this film going to take a real risk and make this film what it should be ... an absurd farce.

Here's the deal -- the idea of a "Karma Police" existing is absurd in the first place. And the lengths the filmmakers go through to make us believe they exist only tell us two thirds of the way through ... these people are high tech criminals. It's too over the top. So, go with the over the topness and make the thing into a comedy. Doesn't work? Oh yeah it will.

The best performances came from the two African Americans in the film, the cop and the street guy Charles ... Jessica Turner was all right ... everyone else was awful and Nicole Leigh needs elocution lessons along with a new acting coach. Lighting on everyone was terrible, sound was shoddy, the score passable

If you don't like what's written here, go watch some television, you'll feel better in a moment.
