I Have Often Wondered What Their Dad Thought..

Or would have thought, knowing that Tess had the dress cut up like that. That dress obviously meant a lot to him, and he was so sad about his wife's death. Especially the way Tess oohed and aahed over it when he gave it to her. I believe he wanted it treasured, not ripped up.

I have wondered that too. But sadly we don't get to see that side nor do we get to see Jane yelling at their dad for jumping over her right as oldest
