What exactly were the reviewers watching

I got this film in a 15 pack of films for 5 bucks. It had no summary, just a title. I came here to IMDB to find what it was about and read the reviews. I'm not sure who these reviewers are but they suck at it. All the reviews save a couple, complain that its confusing, and that the ancient cult stuff is unimportant to the storyline. Um hello? The cult stuff IS the storyline. Jake Matthews was going to be resurrected from the dead by Dr. Fredricks and his mother Using the Apococryph...Jake was the illegitemate son of Mrs. Matthews and John Gershom. His soul was attached to Dellia when he looked her in the eyes and died. They can only try to ressurect him every six years. He can only be resurected in a place hes been or lived before. He can only stay living if he kills the person he died trying to kill. He returned home exactly six years after he died but Dellia got out of the house, so...the movie ends six years later in the mental hospital where Jake had been a patient and were Dellia is now confined. All in all not hard to understand not confusing and not the worst film I've ever seen, not yhe best but entrtaining at least

I think the reason why so many people got confused is because they were busy fast forwarding through a lot of the movie. I found this movie dull and amateurish. One thing I found amateurish is when the director would black out part of the screen and only show the action in one small circle.

The movie didn't have any gore for fans of gore-horror. Nor did it have any suspense for fans of suspense horror. In short, another waste of celluloid.
