Vascectomy segment/

A bit of irony with this character, who I thought was the most interesting in the movie. First, he nearly gives himself a hernia when he tries to impress the woman with his physique; and then, when he finally gets a chance to nail her, he gives himself up with his 'no need for protection' bragging.
How many guys have been this close to scoring and missed by mindlessly 'putting their foot in it', I wonder?
