Katia, I think her name was. She was one of those Claymores captured and tortured together with Jean by Riful. She awakened, but was deemed to weak and killed by Riful's boytoy.
The thing that freaked me out the most is that she seemed to have a human face, but it wasn't her face, it was 'worn'... like a mask or so. Freaky.

For her actions I will say Ophelia. She was pretty messed up even before she awakened. She attacked people on the same side as her for fun.

I agree with Katia...For some reason she was just freaky as hell...There's something extremely creepy about that whole scene...She's FORCED to awaken...Tortured until she does despite resisting and when she finally awakens she's deemed too weak and has her head bashed in.
