Is there an actual Ghost Hunt live action film?

Hi,

So i've been searching the net and apparently there was a live action production of ghost hunt being produced, actors were cast, and it was supposed to be released summer 2014. I've searched and searched but i can find no trailer, or video anywhere. Reliable sources (like crunchy roll) have commented on the film's production and release date, but i can't find anything on it at all? Was it shut down before it had a chance to air...was it cancelled? Do you guys know anything about this live action film?
