dumbest mistake in this movie

First time the kid goes before the judge, and the judge says - and i quote - "$25,000 bail"

Yet...the very next scene shows the kid walking out of jail.

Im sorry but when bail is set, that means you are remanded until its paid. That doesnt mean you get let out to set up a payment plan. LOL.

Other than that, it was an OK movie.

I enjoyed the movie, I tend to like good "bad" b-movies, but you could drive a truck through some of the plot holes.

Like when Dillen tried to kill his fiance Kate - afterwards they meet each other at the courthouse and have a snippy exchange. Why is he not being arrested for attemped murder?

when the judge gives you a bond or bail. you get a bondsman to come get you out. if dudes had to sit in jail until the whole amount of bail is paid jail would be over crowded. you can get a bond and get out withthin a few hours.

Another thing I didn't like about this movie, when they tried to frame James Jr.

They would've been able to tell that he didn't shoot his friend based on the blood splatter pattern on his jacket.

Plus, they just tip toed and dropped a gun on the scene, did it even have his finger prints on it? What about gun powder residue? James Jr. wouldn't have had any one him...

HUGE plot holes in this film.

Actually, the dumbest mistake in this movie was making this movie. It was a complete and utter joke. It wasn't even a B movie. More like a C movie. Eek!

If your nose runs and your feet smell, you were built upside down.
