Afterschool Special vs. Schoolbreak Special

Not that I am initiating a debate here because I know a lot of people prefer Afterschool Special but how do they differ? I am more familiar with the Afterschool Specials but I want to know the kinds of topics Schoolbreak Specials tend to discuss.

I never watched enough of the CBS Schoolbreak Special to compare it to the ABC Afterschool Special.
