How scary is it? Like, the movie Silent Hill scary or like... The Ring scary? Which Silent Hill didn't scare me, just made me tense and probably jump a bit. The Ring, on the other hand, scared the *beep* out of me. So... yeah. Just wanted to know if I should wait til my husband gets home or not. ;D

I'm rarely scared by Horror movies, much less modern PG-13 thrillers like The Ring. SH had no effect on me either, although it could be because I used to play the video games.

Anyway, for what it's worth --

This film is pretty campy (production values aren't too high), but at the same time it does create a certain level of unease throughout. I'd say 'Silent Hill scary'.

I'd agree with the certain amount of unease. Though campy, it is effective at creating that level of disturbance.

It's a comedy. Don't worry. This film couldn't even ask for Silent Hill's autograph.
