Probably not her husband, since early it's established that there's a certain animosity between the two. Plus, we never actually see them together in any sort of sexual context.

So, it's either Terrance or Jasper, but it's left up to you to decide.

I didn't know it was based on a book.
To me any of the three men could've been
the father of the kid... of course we
all would prefer it if Jasper were the one,
but her life is far from being "ideal" ...
Anyway, it's the best ending for this poor soul.

Jasper - the baby was conceived as her husband and child died. It was symbolic that Islamist terrorism will never truly destroy the west as there will always be regrowth.

The movie does not want to reveal the father. It leaves it wide open who it could be. Just because one or the other is liked more doesn't make it true. It's ok to pick your favorite but it's just wishful thinking on the truth. It could also be that when she lost two she was also carrying one. Just what does climaxing when your family is being blown up has to do with her getting pregnant [Climax or not] in the light of this happening, It would seem as though every time she thinks of the child she could relapse in to what happened, so my favorite person to be the father would be her husband that would be the closes to what she lost........ Sort of reborn from the same.

One last important thing ..Any woman having an affair would be using protection not to get pregnant she already had a young son and it would seem to me she is a woman who would just randomly do something this stupid.

That's a nihilistic sentiment isn't it? That individuals are meaningless and when one/some get killed, you can just "make more". Not sure the families of real events like this or indeed any kind of tragedy would agree/care less about concepts such as regional identity and culture arbitrarily continuing. Those things are meaningless without the individuals that populate them anyway.
Therefore, the father was obviously the bunny.

Unless the writer was being complicated, I would say the father was Ewan McGregor (Jasper Black), owing to his appearance at the end of the film.
