do you guys think that it will affect the movie? I mean in the movie michelle plays a woman who lost her husband and son while in her real life she lost the father of her daugheter.. I really hope that it doesn't affect the movie because it looks like michelle's performance is amazing.

Other than being a sperm donor, it doesn't look like he cared about her or she cared about him. The loser was in love with the feeling he got from drugs. I can't imagine that she gave a crap other than she will live high on the hog from the money the daughter gets.

TBH her character doesn't seem to pay her husband any thought in the movie, it's all about the loss of her son...
Their relationship was on a downward spiral so I suppose it's natural that she would care more for her son than husband BUT yeah it's a bit odd, and now that you mention it perhaps she wasn't able to deal with those emotions of losing a husband that she asked to put focus on the son instead... But it's probably the way it always was written
