i think this movie succeeds where so many others fail. i watch a lot of horror... a lot. and i don't think anything has ever made me feel like this movie did, as far back as i can remember, i don't ever think i've been disturbed by anything i've watched or read in 30 years. there were a couple of times in this movie i actually had to stop the movie to get over what i had seen. i really felt like i was watching something real, MUCH more so than movies like AU. of course i did not stop watching, i loved it! i do wish i knew what they were saying tho.

Have you seen Cannibal Holocaust. I guarantee it will disturb you more than this did.

Have you seen Irreversible? I almost guarantee that will upset you more than this or aftermath but I have to agree that both are more disturbing than ch.

I thought how Irreversible ended just made the whole movie a kick in the gut, and I am a guy. I have to say though the most disturbing movie I have ever seen is cannibal.

Ive seen men behind the son, great movie but Ive neglected philosophy because of the 4 hour run time lol. Is it worth it?
