Cool, there's been a number of them I liked in the last couple years too. I haven't actually started watching this yet, but I'm downloading the fansubs from Eclipse at the moment. I was recommended this after watching Zero no Tsukaima, which I liked, I'll watch a few episodes tonight, but I'm pretty sure I'll like it.

I love all the anime and video game references, like how she has a statue of Inuyasha or how Hayate dressed like Solid Snake. Freaking hilarious.

Yeah, I liked all the references too, and there's a ton of them that I picked out, probably more that I missed.

Have you ever seen Lucky Star? It's another comedy, though its humor is really more like Azumanga Daioh than Hayate, but it's loaded with references to anime and video games similar to Hayate. Funny show.

I've managed to watch a little of Lucky Star. But it's not something that I can sit down and blow through in a couple of days. It's OK though.
