Kitchen Inspections

This segment has really bothered me, for 2 reasons:
1) it seems like he does it during dinner service, and wants the staff to stop what they're doing to look at what he's discovered (but it could just be how they edited it)
2) so many inspections, yet he wears no gloves?! That's *beep* disgusting!
