Eh kinda. But this killer in this movie looked a lot more generic and his weapon was really gay.

Sorry mate, I'm no fan of this film but I would say that Mrtis has blatently copied leatherface's mask, complete with matted long hair.

I have enough faith in my judgment to recognize a stinker.
