For those who intend to watch the movie, which i did yesterday and enjoyed it thoroughly, please stay on till the end of the credits at the end of the film. You need to watch the credits to get the complete picture of the movie in its entirety. You will get what i mean when you do that. You will enjoy and appreciate the movie more. Thanks!

this is what you missed out: during ending credits:-
scene of guan ying looking with reminiscence at all the photos he has taken of papaya sisters during the getai days. The expression on his face tells that he misses small papaya (mindee). Then, he takes out a feather and blows it. The feather floats in the air and camera pans to the feather moving up to the sky, all the way up to the moon where small papaya is seated, posed like chang er. She reaches out for the feather. The end. The significance: remember guan yin's mother asked guan yin in the beginning of the movie, 'which one of the two sisters that he fancies?' whether big papaya or small papaya? he did not answer. it is a secret not revealed. but based on the last closing scene at the end of credit, my conclusion is: it is small papaya that Guan Yin loves right from the beginning, all this while.' sorry again for spoilers.

haha, without viewing the special scenes at the end, it's not hard to have guessed the fact that guan ying fancies small papaya... if u pay more attention to details throughout the movie, the fact is rather obvious.. :)
