Their father's were cousins right? So I'm thinking there really is no blood shared between them right? Or was there? I imagine in this level of society, it wouldn't be unheard of cousins marrying cousins. Where do 'they' draw the line?

I believe it would make them second cousins and they would share a great-grandparent (therefore some blood). I don't know the rules in Turkey for marriage, though. Are Turks who you meant by "they"?
