People who applaud their own speeches


As Sean Penn does at the end. Don't you find those people hard to like? It comes across as self-centered and smug. Of course, if you want an actor to play a guy who is like that, then who better to do it than Sean Penn?

What exactly is your point about one of the greatest actors living today? That he followed the script? That's probably one of the things that makes him nearly peerless in what he does.

Hey I love Sean Penn's work. Never said he was a bad actor. He's not.

But that doesn't mean I think Sean Penn is a good guy. He seems pretty arrogant.
