Great movie for sure, but one thing wasn't quite credible.

Come on man, fake a robbery just to get closer to a girl you like that works there? I loved this movie and the acting and just everything as whole but this one thing was rather unbelieveable...come on now.

desperate and crazy people do desperate and crazy things.. makes for a interesting movie! kinda of romantic in a sick and twisted way...tha's the whole scheme of the movie i think.. brilliant!

I have to admit when someone said "Just talk to her" I thought, yeh, what's wrong with that? He really dug his own hole. Plus given the fact that he was a local hero of sorts, he probably would find more people eager to talk to him than most people. And then why dig up the scum for the fake job? I suppose maybe because they were willing to play along?

Exactly. He def. dug his own hole. that was the point..."hero" is meant ironically...

Well I thought his buddy went behind his back and got the other guys to do it? He wanted it to just be his buddy. It sounded very simple, but got complicated because his friend got more guys and they actually wanted to rob the place. It was dumb though. I enjoyed the movie, and Cuba was bad ass, but the plot was kind of flimsy.

Movie was LAME - gave it a 3

Liam didn't have a good opinion of himself, even though he was a hero. He never asked his garbageman friend to get other men and make it a real bank robbery. He was just supposed to come in and take money from the teller who Liam cared about and Liam was supposed to do something (he never said what), and his garbageman friend was supposed to leave before the police arrived. It all went haywire though because the garbageman changed the plan and brought crazies in to make it a real bank robbery.

As far as movies sticking to what's real or normal, people can't expect that. There's no Superman, Spiderman, Hulk, and there's no Batman. Movies can't be expected to stick to the realistic. Poetic license is to be expected.
