Possibly the funniest scene in film history?

This movie wasn't really all that great we can all agree but the scene where the cops crank the siren and they all try to "be cool" is hands down one of the funniest things ever.

I liked the film for what it was. Being a big fan of Point Break I enjoyed some of it, minus the stupid reality tv, and video game crap it was pretty good. Mcconaughey is great, and so is Harrelson, they should play brothers in the future for sure. Mconaughey is a good actor, he has charisma that most actors nowadays don't have, he just can't help but pick crappy films, maybe his manager sucks, I don't know. People hate on him but praise Keanu, which is crazy, there must be some jealousy issues there IMO.
There must have been a problem with this film and there must have been a lot of footage cut out as it barely makes it an hour and fifteen minutes. So maybe it should be better.

Anyway there are a few things I noticed and don't understand:

1. Anyone notice Mcconaughey's J.K. Livin sticker on the phone booth?

2. What is temporarily written in red on Mcconaugheys stomach?

3. Doesn't Alexie Gilmore look like Chely Wright?
