Hey guys there has been a similar english movie, specially the scene where Amitabh introduces Tabu to Zohra Siegal. Can anyone recollect the movie.

Major difference - american movie is NOT a may-december romance.

You're referring to "No Reservations" (remake of the German film "Bella Martha" 2001). It might be a coincidence where Bollywood and Hollywoood was doing the 'remake'at the same time, though highly unlikely. Sorry to disappoint you but, Hollywood movies are NOT English movies...but American.
