I agree about trying to read the original post. I think that was the first time I've ever seen a post TYPED with an accent. Although I do agree with some of it. That is mainly because I find her pretty annoying. As far as saying the original poster is desperate, isn't Victoria acting completely desperate for attention and fame? I know she's famous in England, but for some reason the past 5 years she has been desperatly wanting to be a household name in America, and it's starting to get a little sad. She IS starting to become a household name, but more of in the "Who Cares" sort of way. For instance if a friend of mine says "I like the color yellow" another friend would likely say, "I care about that about as much as I care about Victoria Beckham". I was a little shocked at first when I saw a bit of a media circus when they landed in America, because I was sure that while some people do care, not that many do. Then I read that most of those reporters had followed them from overseas or were contracted by overseas news organizations, and I was no longer confused.
I just think she should calm down, and get this idea out of her head that she and her husband are like the Beatles conquering America. She actually used the phrase "conquering America" several years ago when she and Beckham came over and were completely ignored, apparently she was very angry that nobody made a huge fuss over them. I wish David luck with the Galaxy, and I don't wish her any harm or anything like that. I just think she needs to settle down, not try to be a complete publicity wh**e, and let people focus on David and soccer, that's the only reason we're talking about her anyway. If it weren't for him she would just be a sad footnote in 90's pop trivia. Somebody said something pretty funny the other day on some T.V. show I was watching, that "She wasn't even the most talented member in a talentless group. Her whole job was to strike different poses and point a lot."
